Hi Jeff,

042-313 FUSER FAN CONTROLL. Rear cooling fan failure. Rear Fan Fail is monitored for 12 sec., 2sec. after the start of Rear Fan operation. So check in I/O 042-033 for operation of Rear Cooling Fan. Maybe that Fan is failed and cut the 24V.

Hi Gabi,

Finally, I found the cause of the error 041-344, 041-345, LVPS MAIN!!! The 24V power supply to the IOT board was bridged and the error code went and after the machine was on for about 30sec a new error code came on, 0412-313. Which I think also point to the same cause, LVPS MAIN.

Please, do you guys supply the part?

I've found the AC Power Supply 105E17901 location but I dought the whole AC Power Supply 105E17901 is faulty as it's powering other parts of the machine or what do you think?

Hi,

I have the same issue (041-345) as XxMeikyxX with my xerox 700 and I have tried all remedies suggest on this post (https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/General-Information/Error-Code-041-345-help-please/td-p/223542) but to no avail. My last option was to test the IOTD at P437 and found the voltage to be 1.56V instead of 24V. What to do next is my question? In addition, how do I verify registration motor as suggeted in the post?

Please help!!!
