You can try installing XDA Lite, software can be downloaded here:

Documentation can also be found there in the documentation tab.

If XDA does not connect, you can engage support through normal channels to troubleshoot: 1-800-821-2797

Have you tried resetting software reset from All software opton? If no, I suggest you go for it. In most cases, this trick work.

Remote services connection problems and test

Hi,

suddenly our WorkCentre 7830 stopped sending data to Xerox Remote Services servers.

The machine has firmware 075.010.032.18700 that should be already compatible with new communication security standards but it doesn't succeed in sending data.

The date and time are correct and even if we put 8.8.8.8 as DNS it doesn't work and the communication test fails.

Are there any other printer settings I should check?

As I suspect that there's also something in our network that does enable data to properly go to Xerox's Data Center is it possible through a computer to emulate the type of data sent by the printer?
