Did this get resolved for you via the information that was provided? I have had similar experiences with numerous copier/MFP vendors through the years, but this will be my first time going through removal with Xerox. Hoping to reduce wasted time.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to find out if our printers contract is up? We are sure it is and would like the printer removed from our office. I have called many times and emailed many times. The phone calls are pretty much putting me on hold and tranferring me to another department and than they tell me they cannot find my printer in the system? The emails go unanswered. I just want this removed!
