Hello Herbert,

Here are the steps to connect to Wifi. The password can be 1111 or the serial number of the printer, which can be found on the serial number label on the back of the printer. If you need it reset, you will need to call the Customer Support Centre: 1-800-821-2797

Here are the instructions on how to reset the admin password.  If this doens't work for you a factory reset might be the next step. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Reset Password

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10

I changed internet service providers and I need to change the IP address on my machine. I do not remember the user name and password so I need to reset. I do not wish to default the machine because I had a terrible time getting it setup. I need to reset the password and/or user name. Please help or point me in the right direction. Thank you.

The machine is a WorkCentre 3335
