Can not install CWW on customer's Windows Server 2008 r2 (with standalone SQL 2016)

I uninstalled and reinstalled CWW again but error is still the same.
Can not find any *.log or event in OS events, to clarify what this error is stand for.
On my freshly installed VM wih same 2008r2 everthing goes fine. But not on customer server.
Any ideas?
