SIM card corruption (post 5)

Hi,

Are you a Xerox service engineer? If not, that's why you cannot access that library. Just Xerox employees have rights to access GSN with PWS.

Otherwise you need a new SD card or in the worst case a new SBC PWB.

Hi,

the bulletin #1449995 of the PWS refer the link to the video to explain the procedure for re-imaging the machine SIM card, BUT the site don't accept my Xerox account and the link to GSN library 15724 refer: "the request library is outside etc..etc.." 

Someone can help me?
