Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please ensure that you are scanning the CMYK/RGB test prints with the black bar on top againt the DADF registration edge. if the page is upside down you will get the error you are seeing.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

did anybody use siqa Density Uniformity Adjustment? 

I trying but all time have error 

„An error has occurred while getting the image.

Check the condition when the chart was scanned, especially the following item:

- The chart may be placed in a slanted position”

I am sure that the scanned sheets are stacked straight,
