Hello dear community,
I have a problem with the SIQA tool at a C60 with embedded Fiery.
My client is a Windows 7 64bit and the Comunication with the machine works apparently.
Example: If I remove the folder No.: 190, SIQA recognizes that too and rebuilds it.
I am logged in as admin on the machine where I can find the 4 scanned pages in this folder.
If SIQA to retrieve the data, I always get the message:
Failed to get image file.
Unable to make any adjustments.
IP port 80 and 8080 tested.
Does anyone have an idea?
