We have had a good experience with SIQA when it works. When the scans actually go through the auto alignment adjustment works very well. However, 9/10 times I get an image analysis error no matter what paper or tray I’m using. It asks the usual questions whether or not the black back board is use etc. I have tried to mess with the scan settings on our C75 but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Washing the glass doesn’t help either. I am at a loss and don’t know what to do. It’s very frustrating to have to scan an adjustment chart 20 times to get one good line up. I have asked our service people about this and all they do is manually tinker with the inner workings of the alignment. They say there is nothing they can do for the scanner. Any ideas what could be causing this or how to solve this problem?
