SNMP agent for USB connected printers

Why is the set up of a usb local printer in both the user manuel and the software interface if it does not work and has not worked from what the helpdesk stated for years, and we are talking the latest version of XDA

if it is in the software and manuel does that not mean leagaly you have to support it. no disclamers were printed in manuel or in software that it did not work.

I have a client with no network to printer only usb.

If it isn't on the network then you can't collect data over the network. Xerox has no such tool

Hi. Is there software for Xerox printers connected via USB, like HP SNMP Proxy ? I need to collect counters from such printers via network. I can't connect these printers to network.
