Screen frozen on Xerox

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Screen is frozen I unplugged ,turned on still frozen screen. I can hold doen power button, turn off turn on. But the same issue. The home button does nothing. I will reinstall program as printer is showning offline. My netwirk cable is lit up on switch so I know it's connected but not online. 

I will get back to this at another time. I am IT for this office but do not come here often. I do remote work due to covid

Hi JoeK, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Make sure that the printer is not connected to a surge protected power strip, extension cord or uninterrupted power source (UPS). Connect the printer directly to a dedicated outlet and see if that will make a difference.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
