Search for Heroes Award

I received the email today. I got a Xerox Customer Help Desk Satisfaction Survy and after completeing the survey, it thanked me and  the Search For Heroes message came up. Here is the initial link I went to when I did the survey.  Unfortunately I don't ahve the link for the message about the Search for Heroes program.   But again, I just received it today at 10:24 a.m.

The representatives name is Tim Lumsden    He was very helpful and patient with me when I wasn't being very clear with my problem.   I just wanted to give him much deserved credit.

Hello Con in OK.

I will do some research to find out if this program has been re-instated.  The Search for Heroes Award program has not been active for some time now.  I would like to ask you if you could share the name of the representative that you wanted to nominate for the award.  I would like to share this information with the individual's manager so they are aware of their dedication.

I would also like to know who you received the email from and the date you received this email.

I received an eamil saying I could nominate someone for the Search for Heroes Award by clicking on the link. However, when I click on it, I get the message "The page you requested cannot be displayed".    How can I nominate a representative that is deserving of this award?
