Setting Up Templates & Hot Folders in Command Workstation

Not sure if I'm using the correct terminology in my subject line. Here's what we are needing to know. Is it possible to set-up an automated workflow using Command Workstation (and I assume some kind of hot folder) to handle a large number of PDF files?

Here are the details of a project we are considering.

- 7,000 PDF files

- Each file is an 8-page, saddle-stitched booklet. Each file has personalized content throughout all 8 pages.

We are hoping to be able to setup a workflow that would allow us to drop about 100 pdf files onto a hot folder that would then impose the job, select the correct paper, fold, stitch settings. And then RIP the file and begin printing. 

 

Please let us know if this is possible. We do not need to setup the system at this point, just need to know if it's possible with our current software and hardware.
