I would recommend you create a new post with the Model of the printer you are using. That will help get more folks to understand your issue.
Hey all, I've gotten the printer all set up, and everything is printing fine from my computer, I added the Xerox smart start, web-based print driver installer and they loaded just fine. However my counterparts, they cannot get a file to print. Just a error page that says PostScript not installed, contact system admin to enable. There isn't a setting for this on the device and I've been looking through "IP"/properties/index for some sort of solution to allow anyone to print. Can anyone please help? myPennMedicine
You will need to use the same logon you have for the Forums. When you are signed in you would need to go to this page and select Log in for MySupport. You will need to then enter the Customer Number AND the Serial Number of your device to register that product in the Portal.
Not a new issue but had a moment to ask. For years I have been unable sign up for online support (now My Xerox). Is there some trick. I try often but finally just give up, call and pay the $25 sometimes for simple questions. Any secret. Last time I called I received a copy of the invoice so I now have customer number and an invoice nuber but still no luck.
