Smart Start Frozen

Product Name: Xerox Remote Services
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

When I try to use Smart Start to find a printer on a Windows 7 computer, it freezes (screenshot below). As you can see, it doesn't even start looking for printers. I've used it to install the same printer on two Windows 10 computers without issue. Any idea how to fix this? (I've tried running as administrator and restarting as well as deleting and downloading a more recent copy)
