You call Xerox, or if you are a Xerox technician, you get yourself a forum account in the proper employee format and have your manager request access to the XPERT forum and they can probably get it converted in there.

2nd level customer support doesn't do conversions for any product. We don't do anything related to billing, we just help with firmware, configuration and network troubleshooting.
The XDSS guys don't do it either, but if they deferred you to 2nd level, they would have meant the 2nd level team that Xerox technicians go to, which is not a publicized phone number, they can do the conversions on this model, they also do the aforementioned XPERT forum.
However, the conversion for this machine is applied just for drum unit and not for toner. Toner is the same worlwide.Meterd plan are for machines which are in full contract and for this kind of contract you must have support from your tech.
