Supplies Assistant does not update to acknowledge fresh toner cartridges. I do not see a way to refresh the data or to log out and back in as suggested once before. How does one log out? It will not allow me to delete and re-register my printier because I have another item on order.
Does anyone know if the benefits of the eConcierge program will remain active if I delete this horrible app and just check status online?
