Dear Tammy,

thank you for the reply. It only offers me to reset the counter for the Second Bias Transfer Roller and the Transfer Belt Cleaner, but I have the problem with at least one toner and drum cartridge. Is there a way to reset the counters for these?

Supplies status does not update anymore

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Not Specified

The supplies status of our WC 7845  shown in CentreWare Status > Supplies and on the screen of the printer itself seems to not reflect the real status anymore. The yellow cartridge has been replaced (by an original Xerox cartridge) two months ago but is still shown at 10 %. And last week I got an email alert from the printer that one of the drum cartridges is near end of life but it is shown as 86% Life remaining. With another drum cartridge that I had to replace some time last fall I also noticed that it never went to 100 % after the replacement.

For the other supplies I can't say for sure, but it might be that the status for all of them stopped to update at some point.
