This is the third forum I've been passed on to. Lets hope the third time is the charm.
I have a fully functional 4127 eps with freeflow. It has come due for its yearly licence and we have been told that Xerox will not provide the licence. so the machine is inoperable as a result.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Is there a solution to this problem?
Is the only solution legal recourse or media?
