Hi!
Using the generic or global print driver will ofc lose you some features, I suggest you try using the official driver for the actual machine.
Try THIS one.
When it comes to printing Tabloid in Photoshop CC, the program recognizes the sizes available directly from the print driver, which means if the print driver is not correcly set up you will not be able to print to tabloid.
Going in and setting the correct paper size in "Advanced paper settings" under "Paper size" in driver print settings worked for me.
Best Regards

Thanks for the quick reply, however, after trying to print it with Adobe Reader was un successful. What is the best driver to use for Windows 7 32bit.
I don't have Photoshop CC (We can't pay a monthly fee to support another companies product) So I can't test that.
Typically you would have to export to pdf from photoshop and print from Acrobat/Reader.
That being said, be sure the global driver is properly configured, it should show like this:

I am experiencing the same above problem, expect I am using Windows 7 32bit Professionial
I connect the 7400n to the CPU using a usb and it automatically downloaded the driver. I went into Photoshop CC to print a layout that I designed and Tabloid was not even an option. I tried to create a new (size) option and it told me that the size that option (11"x17") was out of the range. Next, I went into the folder and tried to print the picture from Windows Preview and it would let me use the create size, however, it only was in black and white. The last thing that I tried to to delete that driver and downloaded the gloibal print driver, this driver had the tabloid size, however it did not printer....error. Please help.
That sounds like driver/ppd corruption, or an Apple update to the Xerox driver.
Delete the Printer in Apple>System Preferences>Print and Scan then run this driver installer which will find the printer and should guide you through every step, you will then be able to print tabloid.
For some reason, the choice to print on tabloid paper on the Phaser 7400 is not showing. Nobody else in the office is having this problem.
I am using Operating system Mac OS10.8
Any suggestions?
