If you are referring to the Xerox DigiBoard Golf Ball Box, part number 003R96818, sold in Europe, templates can be found under "DigiBoard Products" at the Printing Templates for Xerox Paper and Specialty Media section of the Xerox website. The sheet size is SRA3.
The template link can also be accessed via the "Supplies & Consumables" link on the Xerox homepage for your country. In the Supplies Resources box click "More Resources" and then "Templates for Xerox Media".
The Xerox media range varies by region, so if you are located outside of Europe you may be referring to a different product and this template could be unsuitable.
