I never did get a solution. We ended up having 2 pritners givign us the same errors. After some trial and errors what we did that ended up fixiing our issue was usign a different model CAC card reader. Once we swapped them out it worked instantly.

I am at a joint unit and not part of the AFnet. I got my new CAC a few days ago and I only have 1 visible cert which i can't use to access any website (AF portal, VMPF, the SGLI website, nothing). it asks me to "Select a smart card device" with no option to select a cert. I only have my piv as an available option when i log in. do i need to associate my new piv to my old piv/account? any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have a Versalink B605 with software version: 33.66.91 installed. When we insert our CAC card into the reader to log into the printer we get a "This card cannot be used" error. We have tried different plugins but we end up with the same error regardless of what we try. Any suggestions?
