Hello Emanuele,

There are multiple toner cartridges for this device. I would first make sure you are replacing the correct color ink cartridge. You can then try powering if off and back on. If that doesn't work I would Contact the Support Department.

Toner cartridge not recognized

Product Name: WorkCentre 6505
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

After running out of toner, I replaced the cartridge with a compatible one, but the no toner message continued to appear. Thinking about a problem with the this cartridge, I bought another one but the problem persists. The printer then remains completely locked.

Is there any way to bypass this error?
