I would recommend you take the extra boxes to your local recycling facility. You could also try and repurpose the boxes.
I would also suggest that next time your order supplies that you do not select the "order boxes" option with your supplies order as you will be sent 2 eco boxes every time that is selected during a normal supplies purchase.
