its probably a sensor fault, best to call xerox and ask for an engineer
Dear Sirs,
I have a Xerox Phaser 7400 DN and I have a problem that I can't solve. It doesn't print and on the display it shows TOP COVER OPEN but the cover is closed.
I tried to bypass the cover's swith but I am still unable to print.
I also tried to reset the RAM but I still have the problem
