I searched our knowledge base and couldn't find anything about turning this off. I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.

Tray confirmation

Product Name: Xerox Versant 4100 Press
Operating System: Windows 10

After I setup all the trays with the stock needed and send a job to print, I very often get a message "Tray X needs confirmation. Open and close tray X". This is very inconvenient when I send jobs to print from home. Is there any way to disable this?
