This thread can be deleted - the printers were configured for the wrong subnet.

I am still trying to change the DNS settings at the control panel this morning; no matter what I do it will not accept and apply the changes I make. Any help?

Trouble with networking a printer/removing DNS server settings without embedded web server

Product Name: AltaLink B8145 / B8155 / B8170 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello,

I am trying to network a printer with what I know to be a valid IP address/gateway/subnet mask. I would like to remove the DNS server IP addresses that I had input completely. Is there any way to do this without the embedded web server? The only option I have at the printer itself is to change the IP addresses to something else, and even then it seems to not take or forget the information I put in. I tried setting them to 0.0.0.0 and 8.8.8.8 and 127.0.0.1. I just want to clear them out to see if that resolves the networking issue.

Thanks,
