The link you are accessing has always been employee use only, it is possible that the link originally had an employee number and location in it, and that employee is no longer with the company, which makes the link redirect. But that is a guess at best.

 

The C60 was recently moved to the new OSA database (KANA) and that may be where your access breaks down due to an ineligible link.

Oh thats a pity, I used to be able to use it. When was this feature made accessible to Xerox employees only?

That link is for the internal Xerox OSA, you need to be an employee to use it, if you are an employee of Xerox, then you have an S3 ID, use that.

 

If you are not an employee and don't have an S3 ID, you don't get access.

Trying to use Online Support Assistant but asking for credentials

I am trying to use the Online Support Tool at

http://www.support.xerox.com/agent/default.asp?Xcntry=GBR&Xlang=en_GB&Source=&EmpID=&SerNum=

But when I search for a model to try and launch the emulator, its now asking for a username and password for access to app3.idns-ext.xerox.com

 

I need to access the emulator for the C60, can somone assist?
