hi Gabi
When I log on as administrator directly on to the WorkCentre screen, I do not get a Tools option.
I get Machine Information and that tells me the WiFi is not working.
Is there another way around this?
thanks
Jim
Hi,
Try to disable WiFi option from Tools logged in as admin to see if you can connect to machine CWIS.

After successfully accessing the printer through an existing WiFi connectin, attempted to add a new network. Now unable to access the XeroxCentreWare interface by WiFi even directly using an etehrnet cable connected to my PC. Have checked the IP address, 192.168.1.98 through the router and its correct. It will print through a printer cable - thanks, Jim
