I have recently purchased a Xerox C310 printer (not a B310 as specified above, but C310 isn't in the dropdown list), with which I am very happy.
This morning I received a message from the retailer reminding me to register the printer.
I have tried on several occasions to do so (using both Mac OS and Windows 10) and I am unable to do so.
Each time I try I get the following message: "You do not have access to the Apex class named 'NewProductRegistrationPage'."
When I click "Close" a swirly goes round but nothing happens and I have to quit the page, meaning I am not able to register my printer :(

Can you please send me the URL to the product registration page that is in the screen grab you provided?

whichever method I use to get to the product registration page, the same thing happens.
We have been told that this issue has been fixed, please try again and let us know if you're still having issues.
