Hi,

It is a known behaviour with Chrome in combination with older firmware versions of the machine. So use Edge or update machine firmware at the latest:

Unable to use web interface to login and change settings

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

I am able from the front panel of the Xerox Workcentre 61515 to login as admin and see and change settings.  I can get to the web interface but cannot successfully login with same credentials.  I get login failed

 

If I try to do things without logging in I get "The requested operation cannot be processed"

 

I am using Chrome and the site does come up as insecure is this the issue?
