Unreliable/Incorrect Supply Receiving

The last few months especially we have been getting with every order one of the following problems: Obviously leaking fuser agent (box is soaked), obviously leaking developer (grains going out the box like sand), and completely incorrect supplies.   With the latter problems it is never an issue from our end, the packing list states the supplies I ordered, however the actual received materials significantly differ, for example ordering developer for 6180s on multiple occasions I have received MICR developer instead, while the packing list (and consequently my web order) still had the 5R161 part number on it.  Most recently they even sent me Nuvera 288 toners instead of 6180 developer...which even if Xerox Fulfillment is making the errors by only looking at the box instead of the part number, now I'm not sure how they are managing to make the mistake, as they don't even look similar or have near part numbers.  I have already alerted my salesperson to the issues to get the correct supplies in, but I am informing that there is significant problem between Xerox Fulfillment, UPS, and SAIA.
