I believe that the instructions found at that link are incorrect... specifically this one

4. Select None from the Login Credentials for the Machine to access the SMTP Server to send automated e-mails

Selecting NONE will not allow authentication to take place. As far as I know Office365 does not allow unsecure and unauthorized access for SMTP service. Which is the case for most servers these days.

Buenos dias, consulta para actualizar una Workcentre 5325 el firmware existe compatibilidad para utilizar correo office365? escaneo correo electronico, probamos la configuracion con los puertos 25,587 y con el smtp.office365.com pero no toma la configuración, o literalmente no es compatible como ese servicio la impresora, observacion, funciona escaneo a gmail
