I searched the knowledgebase and found this article that may help you with the firmware upgrade.

Updating Firmware on printer Fleet

Product Name: CentreWare Web

For the life of me...I can't figure out how to upgarde firmware on a "per printer" basis with Centerware Web.

You think it would be easy as select the printer and click upgrade firmware or some thing to the like.

I can add printers no problem, create groups and policies, but where can I upgrade individual printers for testing purposes?  I am runnin Microsoft Server 2012R2.  

Please advise.
