That looks like a forced upgrade as all the controllers are listed. You can brick your machine powering it off during a forced upgrade

I would try a regular altboot with

DISABLE_DATA_BACKUP and
IGNORE_MISSING_MODULES

also your machine will boot with a fault if you have a finisher. You must reboot twice with the finisher detached and a catch tray or cheat tool installed
