Hi Shredding,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. I have a few contacts for you that might be able to help find some information on the Xerox XRX-24S Shredder. Please consider contacting the Xerox Archives managed by Ray Brewer ( Ray.Brewer@xerox.com ). Another resource to find information on or purchase documentation, replacement media and software is the manuals and documentation group at 1-800-327-9753 (US only) Mon.-Fri. 9am-7pm ET. The Webmaster may be able to help, you can send a request to them through their feedback page. These are the only resources I am aware of that might be able to find you the documentation you seek.
I have a Xerox xrx-24S heavy duty shredder for a number of years now. It's making a lot of noise that is discussed here:

I just wasted a lot of time talking with a guy in Xerox tech support (877) 979-8498, trying to find a manual and/or repair docs.
He said they don't have anything.
I mentioned that this is XEROX, a company making billions offering document archiving solutions, and SOMEWHERE in THEIR archives are the customer and repair manuals for every product they ever made.
All I was asking for was someone to initiate a search in their archives for it. Not find it today, just contact someone in Xerox archives to look for it.
Then he said they don't service it anymore and "don't have any documents for it, and if they did they wouldn't share it".
I asked if they don't service it then what is the problem sharing the manual and/or repair documents.
He says 'call 800-ASK XEROX and maybe they could direct you somewhere."
At that number I get a woman who only talks copiers, and couldn't even tell me where Xerox corporate contact info could be found...
Very disappointed so far.
