Hi,

Have you setup the network credentials on both printer and computer ( IP, Subnetmask, Gateway ) ?

VersaLink 600 Failed login attempt limit has been reached access denied

Product Name: Phaser 600
Operating System: Windows 7

We have a VersaLink 600 Printer.  We tried to logon several times, but the webpage and the printer are both giving the message--failed login attempt has reaced limit--access denied.  What can I do about this?
