As for printing the configuration report it won't even give me that option. I can scroll down to reach "After Job Completion" then the screen stops there. Is this because I am not logged in? See attached picture
1) To reset the password you would need to call the Support department and they can walk you through the reset procedure: 1-800-821-2797
2) Here are the steps on how to print a configuration report.
1) We recently acquired two used printers. While trying to log in we used the "admin" for username and the serial number as the password. We also tried 1111. In doing so we exceeded the maximum allowable login attempts. How do we reset that?
2) For the same printers we are also looking to pull the MAC addresses by printing an information sheet, but that option does not come up. Do you need to be logged in for that option to be unlocked? The printers are both reading IP addresses, both starting with 169
