thanks for the answer.

i will be more specific on the 1st problem. the equipment does not report the duplex printed pages to aplications like (center ware web)

i did not find in any documentation the compresion method for scaning.is any posibility to find out about it?

Hi asdfss,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not sure I understand your first question but please take a look at this solution for duplex.  For the compression type MH/MR/MMR/JBIG Compression is listed for Fax but I did not find compression for the scan.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance with the compression information.

WC 3615

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

 

We are testing a new Wc 3615 MFP and we are facing 2 isues:

1. the equipment does not send to any admin tool CWW or XDM the duplex printed pages.

2. what type of compression is suported on scanning, the info is not available in the documentation.
