Re: WC 7556 Dumping toner

You're welcome.  I think that the tech was actually right though.  There could be a memory address that has become corrupt and in turn causes the machine to reboot. I haven't heard what is causing the reboots so I can't say for sure whether the tech was right or wrong.  Either way, he should be able to resolve the problem by fixing the reboots.

Thank you John...that makes sense.  Kind of weird that I need to tell the tech how to fix the machine.  I hope this works.

Re: WC 7556 Dumping toner

Hello CWLAW,

If your machine begins to reboot, which will cause the machine to pump toner, and it keeps rebooting, then you could end up with a mess inside the machine. If that's the case, then you'll have to ask your Xerox Tech to fix the rebooting issue.

WC 7556 Dumping toner

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Has anyone experienced this model dumping toner internally?  The Xerox tech thinks it is a memory issue causing the machine to malfunction.  That does not seem logical.  This is the second time this month the machine has malfunctioned
