You're welcome. I think that the tech was actually right though. There could be a memory address that has become corrupt and in turn causes the machine to reboot. I haven't heard what is causing the reboots so I can't say for sure whether the tech was right or wrong. Either way, he should be able to resolve the problem by fixing the reboots.

If your machine begins to reboot, which will cause the machine to pump toner, and it keeps rebooting, then you could end up with a mess inside the machine. If that's the case, then you'll have to ask your Xerox Tech to fix the rebooting issue.

Has anyone experienced this model dumping toner internally? The Xerox tech thinks it is a memory issue causing the machine to malfunction. That does not seem logical. This is the second time this month the machine has malfunctioned
