I was doing it from the machine interface. But that has been resolved. I had to have it serviced. The software or something was corrupted. It works fine now.

Are you doing it from the web page or the machines user interface?

WC 7556 not saving network settings

I have a WC 7556 and I'm trying to modofy the network settings (IP, subnet mask, gateway) but it does not seem to want to keep the changes I make. I log in on the printer with the admin account, go the the network settings, I type in the IP and press save, I get a timer that seems to indicate to me that it's saving but the IP address does not change. Once I leave the menu completely it reboots the printer and still it does not take the changes I made. What can I do?
