Re: WC 7855 Fuser System Error

Sounds like you need a service call. Maybe a new fuser could help.

Re: WC 7855 Fuser System Error

10-527 due to broken NVM values for the fuser, which you mention resetting in 2 machines intentionally in one of your other posts.

The reset caused corrupted values for the Fuser module, and due to those values, it gets reported that the thermister has opened after gets hot during a run.

You need a certified tech to rebuild your system now, you may be able to fix it by doing a forced altboot with no clone and no data backup, but no guarantees because some NVM values don't get re-written even after a full load.

This forum will not be helping with NVM settings, there are good reasons why they are hidden in Diagnostics mode.

04-563 is for the rear cooling fan, I would assume it is broken, or blocked by being pushed up against a wall.
