Is there an issue with your machine that we can try to help with?  What machine do you have and what seems to be the problem?  I will forward your information about your experience to the appropriate parties.  Unfortunately I can not personally help with the frustration of the wait time.  Please let us know if there is an issue with the machine that we can try to help you resolve.

Example, currently been on the phone for 31 minutes & am getting nowhere. At 16 minutes I was being transferred to a software guy who was waiting to speak to me!
