Waking up frequently on its own & sometimes not waking up when sending job

Jump to solution
Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 11

I have two of these 3335 multifunction printers doing the same:

1. when it goes to sleep, it frequently wakes up when not required, we have to turn it off when not using it otherwises its noisy and keeps us awake in the night, it used to print a test page each time on waking up but have turned the print test page off otherwise i would have no paper or toner left.

2. occasiionally goes to sleep and will not wake up when a print job is sent and the only way to fix it it to cycle the power off and on

The first issue came about when we changed ISP and moved to FTTP with a new router.

The second issue has been there from the start.

Many hours looking up the issues on the internet, trying various suggestions and also doing a factory reset, but both printers continue to have these 2 issues.
