Click the People/Contacts icon. Click Contacts and right-click and select Properties. Switch to Outlook Address Book tab. Now, check if Show this folder as an email Address Book is marked, if not then checkmark it.
yes this will solve it.
A few easy steps resolved this.
Exported Address Book, "dialist"
Updated the firmware to 85.04.51.
Afterward the Address Book remained inaccessible via Web UI.
Deleted entire Address Book via Web UI.
Attempted to import previously exported dialist, failed. However I believe someone had sent a print job just prior to my attempt. So I would try this step first.
What worked for me was to navigate to the Address Book > Management > Download Template.
I populated the "dialist_sample" with the contents of my dialist export, saved.
Imported successfully and Address Book is now visible.
Any update on this issue? I have two Primelink C9070's experiencing the same problem?
It happens to most people, I'm not sure as to why.
Seems to occur on the C60, 560 and C9070 families so it implies FujiXerox needs to implement some fixes.
It occurs in all firmware levels so it would indicate a dropped standard is at fault, but I am not certain what standard since I can't find a PC that can view the page to test against one that can't.
I'd say escalate it to Xerox phone support, they are all working from home, but 2nd level has access to the web interfaces to test (I should say should have access, but since nobody is allowed in the test labs, if the machine goes down in any way it can't be fixed until CovID gets figured out))
Hello. The model is Primelink C9065.
In the Public Address Book when I select View All Names I receive this response
"Unable to access the Public Address Book. Try again later."
I am able to add a new name and perform imports and exports. I've overwritten the address book and still encounter the same issue. The address book functions fine at the device. Email is the only method in use.
I have discovered the issue occurs when I import the address book from a .csv. First row of the .csv file is Recipient Data. It is basic; Column's A & B contain Name & email address. I am mapping the Column's accordingly.
This is a lengthy address list and prefer not to have to enter them manually. I did not have this experience with the previous device, C60.
Ah, details. Sorry. PrimeLink C9065
Thanks.
And this occurs on what device?
