Hello I couldn't contact with Support department.

The form ask me for the Serial Number... but I write the correct serial number and returns me this error:

"Serial Number not recognized. Can you please confirm this is the right serial number because it will help me send you to the best agent?"

Just I need to install the Windows NT with valid drivers. I cannot find that on Support page (just only upgrades).

I found THIS PAGE where you can download some driver and software. Be sure to select your operating system.

Where to find Matchprint Professional Server installer disc

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

Hello. Iam looking for Matchprint Professional Server ISO disc. I need the 1.X version because I have the first version (US model).  I can install the Windows NT but operating system needs drivers and more....  The SCSI disc were formated, so I cannot run the machine.   So I need the complete pack.
