Why Did You Remove SPAR!!??

Product Name: WorkCentre 5865/5875/5890
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Once again, Xerox has shot themselves in the foot by taking the SPAR for their older machines and not making it easily accessible. You used to be able to type it straight into Google and it would take you right to the driver support page and you could download the SPAR directly. NOW, the only thing available is the ConnectKey which doesn't do Squat diddely when the machine's software is completely down. Because ConnectKey, you have to be connected to a computer, which means the system is actually working. 

It's highly frustrating and just anoter shot against Xerox which continues to slip in the ranks as one of the top manufacturers. And before some of you jump on here and start talking smack, I have been in this industry 28 years, and 24 of those with Xerox products! So before you decide to jump in, make sure you know your Xerox history well... Because I do!

Thank you for using the Support Forum. This is the link to the latest SPAR Firmware.  This information is always up to date and available on the Software Release Quick Lookup on the Security Page.  This document is how we have handled SPARs for several years, it is faster to update and the security page also allows you to receive notification of any bulletins for your product that may include a SPAR release.  You may not need all SPAR releases if your machine has not had any issues as those described in the bulletins.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
