Wifi wont work, now nothing wont work

Still need help, so.. any official help? or anyone..

could get the IP of the printer and its outside the dhcp pool, cant get the dhcp to work with the ip the printer now has

the ip starts with 169

After a few minutes power off the led button works as intentended, still cant connect via cable or wifi

Well i just boight a phaser 3020, tried to set up the wifi via de webserver and after i put the ip of what i tho was the router and the password the 3020 just dont appear or connect to the pc via the cable.

So i found post somewhere where the guy turn off the printer and then press WPS and then the power and said that was the reset.. now when i just turn it on nothing happens, the green long led wont power, just the button.

What do i need to do now?
