Re: Wireless setup for workcentre 5325

We ended up using a Netgear WNCE2001 wireless bridge that works nicely.  It's very small (deck of cards size) and was a breeze to setup.  I would recommend it.

I agree with everyone here. I setup many Xerox Wireless Adapters because we could not run cable in the places they were at or they just didn't want cables. I haven't had issues with scanning/printing on any of those devices to date.

Hi nbrskn,

you can use both and still print to a Xerox device.

Regarding networking what you will be doing will still connect the Xerox printer using a cat5 cable to a wireless device that will be within your network, where eventually you will have your print server.

IF you want to take you printer wireless.... that is a different view. For this to work you will need to use a wireless adapter attached to the Xerox printer. As far as I know several wireless devices might work, nevertheless Xerox only supports one. The one mentioned on the thread by RuiPC.

I hope this helps.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Has anyone had success using a wireless print server or access point to connect to a 5325 instead of a cat5 cable?

Thanks for your suggestion/opinion.
