Hi Roy,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try using the PCL driver if you are currently using the PS or the PS if you are using the PCL.  If you are getting the error with both drivers then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Work Center 7242 Files not printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Having some problems after setting up drivers on two new computers. I send the test page and it arrives at the printer but it is not printing. I shows error. When I look at the queue on the printer the file is in the completed folder with a code of 16-742. On the screen provided by the driver it says the job is deleted. Can anybody help with why the printer doesn't appear to be allowing the files?
